To use Social Urus, you must:

Social Urus operates on a subscription model (monthly or yearly).
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
All fees are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles or unused time unless required by law.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes (such as SST or VAT) associated with your subscription.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until the issue is resolved.
You agree to use Social Urus only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Use the Service to spam, mislead, or harm other users.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our servers or network.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
Social Urus connects with multiple third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) to enable posting, scheduling, and analytics.
By using these integrations, you acknowledge that:
Each platform’s own terms and privacy policies apply.
We are not responsible for any data loss, errors, or restrictions caused by third-party APIs.
Your continued use depends on the availability and functionality of these third-party services.
Your privacy is important to us.
All data collected through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to our collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in Malaysia as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination:
Your access to all Social Urus features will cease.

Continued use of Social Urus after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
